Susan is a professional architect who became obsessed with beading when she was introduced to it in 2011. She found that beadweaving requires many of the same skills that she uses as an architect but it has the added benefit that she could wear her creations. Susan’s work has been honored with prizes in many competitions and has been featured in many beading magazines. She was a 2019 Beadwork Magazine Designer of the Year and has been a member of the Beadsmith Inspiration Squad for many years. She loves to share her beading knowledge by writing tutorials and teaching beading classes worldwide. Her tutorials can be found on her website and Etsy shop.
